A member asked:

Can you give me some natural supplements useful for moderate teenage acne?

A doctor has provided 1 answer

Antibiotics, B.P.: There's nothing "unnatural" about antibiotics and benzoyl peroxide, which have yielded consistently excellent results for many years. A dermatologist will prescribe the combination that works best for you. Don't waste your money on "natural supplements"; they don't work, and will only delay resolution and increase your risk of permanent scarring. Trust me, i've been treating acne for 30 years.
