Probably: Fatty liver in young people is typically related to eating to many simple sugars, too much fat and too much alcohol. Not surprisingly, this also tends to lead to weight gain. Impove your diet, loose weight and increase your physical activity. Fatty liver disease or (nash) can lead to cirrhosis and liver failure; it's something to take very seriously and try to reverse.
