Would a 2 yo be acting &eating normal if he had an infection in stomach? i found tiny piece of glass in stool yesterday am but no blood. acting fine.

Glass: Wow, those two year olds stuff anything in their mouth. I would be more concerned about bleeding than infection. Monitor his stool color in the next couple of days and see if it turns really dark or loose, otherwise i would not worry.
