Not necessarily: You did not mention age or med, but in general, orange juice will have no effect on her nasal congestion. Infants benefit from saline nasal wash but seldom if ever benefit from congestion meds that tend to thicken nasal mucous.Older kids may, after they are old enough to blow their noses.Most take a week to 10 days to deal with a uri, while allergies will continue.
