Depends: It will depend on what type of an arrhythmia you are having. If what you are experiencing is a very fast heart rate you might try making yourself gag vigorously by thrusting two fingers down your throat or you might try bearing down abruptly by increasing the pressure in your abdomen. Call 911 if you are symptomatic., don't waste time driving yourself to the hospital.
