Doc prescribed vincamine (oxybral) for sinusitis and it shouldn't be used for people having arrhythmia or potasium defiency, i have skipped beats don't know if potasium should i take it and take mvit?

Vincamine: This drug is a vasodilator not available as a drug in the US, but some forms appear in OTC herbal preparations. It is supposed to increase brain blood flow but this effect is uncertain. It is not an antibiotic or drug that would help with sinusitis.
