Take pain meds/seeMD: We can not really advice you what to do with muscle cramps without knowing what is causing your muscle spasm.We need more history as to how lond, location, associated symptoms, meds being taken, and need physical exam and if indicated other tests. Meawhile rest your muscles do not overuse them and take anti inflammatory pain meds and message may help as well.If persists check with your doctor.
