Why?: The dose on the bottle is the dose you should take for self treatment of sleeping problems. Perhaps you're frustrated with your problems, but taking too much of anything won't solve them. You should clear the medication in 6-8 hours. You run the risk of complications in the first few hours. Speak with your psychiatrist about your depression and the pills you are already taking. Get help please.
