No: But you will be sluggish and fuzzyheaded today and will likely have word-finding difficulty from the benadryl (diphenhydramine). Don't drive or operate machinery today.

Why?: The dose on the bottle is the dose you should take for self treatment of sleeping problems. Perhaps you're frustrated with your problems, but taking too much of anything won't solve them.
