DID you ask your: Ob if he or she was concerne, that would be the 1st thing to do because if your doc is not then you should not, and i assume u mean measures 31 cm, which is a rough estimate weeks should correlate with size in cm if it continues to become a wider difference then your OB can do another ultrasound ( all my pts always get an us at 34-36 weeks no matter what) to check size and amount of amniotic fluid.
