I just received my blood test results. everything normal except % granulocyte is 42 (normal range 43-77) % basophils 2( normal range 0-1%). meaning?

Means nothing: You are safe to ignore percentages of white cells altogether. Be concerned only with absolute counts. I often wish the percentages were not even reported.
