You haven't given: Enough information to answer your question, which i don't understand. If you're on replacement you must have had prior dix of hypothyroidism. Maybe you're not on the correct amount of replacement. Are you receiving both levothyroxin and synthroid (thyroxine) at the same time? A thyroid nuclear medicine scan is unlikely to help you.

TSH, T3, T4 all normal TPO antibodies are 2200. Was told it's Hashimotos and put on 15mg Armour thyroid 3 months ago. I'm confused if the TSH is normal then why the Armour? Have all symptoms of hypothyroid. Also now my period is 2 weeks late. ?
