Maybe: I would suggest you see an epileptologist, who can perhaps give you a better idea as to causation and best treatments.

Blood test 2 months post-COVID shows high chloride (108mmol/L), high CO2 total (32mmol/L) and low anion gap (3mmol/L). CBC, glucose, Na, creatinine, etc all normal. Sporadic sinus tachycardia. Waiting on ECG/echo results. Further testing recommended?
I get frequent PACs with raise in HR (exercise/sex). BP normal. Resting HR in 60's. Echo/EKG clear. Holter/30 day monitor show NSR w/ skipped beats. Some sinus tachycardia. No PACs before last year. Frequency gets worse as HR increases. Ideas?

After 16 w of HCV treatment ,stopped due to huge constant pain in heart.I had EKG and it showed normal sinus rhythm, septal infarct age undetermined. ?
