Expert! Please reply: You have seen experts so far w/out success, but they are still experts. My inexpert advice as co-sufferer follows: learn self-management skills including meditation, breathing exercises, best personal dietary & activity routines, consider modifying living situation (then re-consider). Plan activities to take advantage of your best cirumnstances & surroundings. If allergy shots & pills help, good!

May need both: An allergist is trained in the "non-surgical" approach to allergic rhinitis by treatment approaches that include avoidance measures for allergens, medications and allergy shots. An ENT surgeon is skilled in the surgical approach and uses the same medications. Both have specific skills and overlapping treatments. You may benefit from both.
