I have a weird smell internally in my nose thats hard to describe. i have allergies. i saw an allergist and was prescribed nasacort & azelastine which helped it for a while but now its back. what could it be???

Cacosmia: You may be suffering from chronic sinusitis or a related condition. Inflammation and/or infection within the sinuses or nasal cavity can lead to this symptom. This may be associated with your allergies. If you have symptoms of sinus pressure/pain, drainage from the nose (front or back), I would recommend seeing an ENT for evaluation.
