Sore throat,dysphagi: You might have severe acid reflux with your description of symptoms. Consider taking Omeprazole 20mg bid, otc. However, due to dysphagia (difficulty swallowing), you need to have an egd to make sure no other pathology.

Get an exam: See a otolaryngologist (ent ear, nose, throat) specialist right away for an examination and diagnostic films to aid in a diagnosis right away.
