You are in distress: How much distress can you tolerate before you get some help? Several of your symptoms can be part of fairly serious conditions, so it makes sense to be examined and treated before things get worse. Also, make very sure that you are well hydrated. Fever and diarrhea can mess up your body severely if you are not. When you got the negative lyme results, did you seek any more answers? Please do. Best!

Joint pain : Diarrhea , low grade fever, multiple joint pains. Edema of legs , back pains are of concern . Needs thorough evaluations for GI pathology, protein loss, autoimmune diseases, early inflammatory joint disease associated with GI pathology to name a few. See an experienced rheumatologist or gastroenterologist for thorough evaluation.
