Does endometriosis recur after treatment, or does one get new growths of endometriosis?

Endometriosis: Endometriosis is a chronic condition. If by treatment you mean hormonal as in the pill of lupron, (leuprolide) only the symptoms have been treated. Excision of endometriosis by laparoscopic surgery is the only treatment that can remove it. Recurrence is most likely from tissue that was only suppressed by medical treatment

No Magic Bullet !: It will take time ! a combination of proper diet (no gimmicks) with frequent meals and exercise will help. A combination of aerobics with isometrics (weight lifting) and core strengthening works best. Also choose activities that are fun such as biking and hiking. Get supervision if you are new to exercise to avoid injuries.
