Keloid: This could be keloid. It can be treated with injections of kenalog (triamcinolone) to thin the keloid. A pressure earring worn for several hours a day can also aid in improving appearance. Surgical removal amy result in the scar growing back and sometimes worse. This needs to be treated by an experienced dermatologist or plastic surgeon.
