No OTC: It looks like your child has an asthma flare or asthma attack. There are no otc that works well in this situation. If you don't have the rescue inhaler with you, you should bring your child to the nearest er before it gets worse.

Asthma: This is sugestive of asthma, he needs an inhaler or nebulizer, a walk in clinic may be a better option than the emergency room if he is not in distress.
