7 year old son just had a ct scan and radiologist thinks its a bowel malrotation. what would the treatment be? can thus be confused with anything else

No has definite sign: At 7 most likely incomplete malrotation, colon fail to fix at specific points , appendix will be in right upper quadrant , may have ladd's bands most important is the axis of mesenteric artery in relation to vein , based on all these easy to diagnose , need to be fixed to prevent gangrene of small bowel , as it can rotate on itself , once fixed will be fine.
