Last night i had heartburn and insmonia all night and a lot of liquid diarrhea and in the morning i threw up with blood even i had blood in my nose?

Med eval.: Please get this checked. Vomiting blood is serious. I am going to assume that the blood was not from a nose bleed, but that blood came up with vomitis.
