Ive been feeling sick with an upset stomach this last week with visual snow and feels like bugs are crawling around in my head (off and on) patterned with loose stools and slight diarrhea. ive asked my doctor for a blood work up. concerning?

Depression is treatable. Counter-intuitive as it may seem, exercise may help. Start with low intensity exercise such as walking and gradually increase the intensity as tolerated. Drink more water.
