Nausea: You have far more questions then one provider can answer in 400 characters. Suggest you break this up into separate questions. I will address nausea. Try ginger tea, ginger ale or crystallized ginger to help decrease nausea.

Symptomatic care: Treatment is supportive with fluids , and antipyretics, and pain medication. Rest is also necessary.
