Tachycardia : First you need to check your pulse & get ekg to see exactly the rate and rhythm. Then lab tests for thyroid and anemia and electrolytes to find out any abnormality. Anxiety plays a role but first all medical causes should be ruled out. Please see your doctor for full history and physical examination & appropriate lab. Tests.
