Normal: this is probably just a normal response to the exercise which requires your heart to be faster and more forcefully. However if you feel it is abnormal get a cardiac stress test if your doctor thinks it is advisable

Not necessarily, but: always possible. The only way to know your blood pressure for certain at any given time is to measure it.
