Yes unless trouble.: If the construct causes u symptoms later on, after all is healed. Removal procedure carry's the same risks as putting it in.

Most likely: Usually do remain in spine when for correction of curvature of spine. They help to maintain the correction. Complications such as infection, broken rods and screws may require removal of part or whole device. Most spinal fusions usually are intended to last forever.
