Yes, I think so.: I have several patients on ssris with severe head tremor who get headaches from it. It makes sense to me that there could be a direct link. Also, your med (zoloft) is known to have a tremor side effect so you might want to ask your doctor to help you switch or find non-med therapy. I know this all must be difficult for you and i really hope you can feel better soon.

Tics: Tics like other movement disorders cease when you are asleep. The headaches are most likely caused by the amount of stress you are puttting on you neck muscles and they are aching in the morning.
