Several: There are blood tests that help with the diagnosis of gluten sensitivity. As with any tests there are false positives and false negatives possible. I usually don't start by ordering lab tests but have patients try a truly gluten free diet(a bit difficult but becoming easier with more gluten free food available). If the symptoms improve then we have the diagnosis.
