I think i might be gluten intolerant, although not certain. when i cut out all the gluten from my diet, the symptoms seem to subside, what tests can i run in order to ascertain this for sure please?

Gluten: The fact that you feel better w/out gluten is a test in itself. You can ask your doctor for a test but most conventional doctors look for a Yes/No rather than level of sensitivity. A nutritionist may be able to test also and can provide guidance as to what to eat and avoid. Peace and good health. Your response to gluten is what to use as a measure.
