Prg and meds : You need to talk to both your ob/gyn and dr rx Lexapro & nervin. I have had several patients continue their psychotropic medications while pregnant with no birth defects. I don't know about nervin but it's a combo drug with .25mg of xanax (alprazolam). I would ask for .25mg of aprazolam solely at bedtime. Lexapro will take 2-4 weeks to get to a therapeutic blood level. No meds 1st trimester & no lico3 ever.

Yes: Discuss it with your doctor, but i would recommend either trazodone or melatonin or temazepam. Best wishes for a happy and healthy baby.
