No.: They live strictly in the lumen (empty part) of the bowel. There are other parasites (like pig tapeworm) that can go into the brain, but not pinworms.

No: These creatures are only happy in the intestines, the large intestine for the most part.There are recorded instances where they worked their way into the gall bladder and liver but that is rare.There are no access points for the worm to enter your nervous system.
