Doubtful: My understanding is that pinworms are accidentally eaten and are then excreted in the rectum where they live and lay eggs. I am not aware of the eggs passing through the skin.

No: Pin worm eggs need to be transferred via fomites to be ingested via the digestive track, as they are themselves dormant. These become active after they hatch, when they can penetrate the skin near rectum.
