See your doctor: It is hard to tell without an examination. In an older age group there is a condition called temporal arteritis which can cause temporal headaches and which can seriously affect vision. It is rare in your age group. There are many potential other causes of temporal headaches which can radiate to the eye ranging from sinus problems to migraines to more serious conditions. See your doctor promptly.
