Sharp pulsating pain behind left eye and head, it occurs two three times a day, or more, it shoots up when i move my head suddenly for ex waking up .

Sinusitis: Pain behind the eye with head movement is probably sinus related. However the pulsating nature of your symptoms concerns me as possibly being of a vascular nature. See an internist, ophthalmologist , or ENT specialist to find the cause. You may need an MRI or ct scan.
