What is it if one eye keeps watering up and burning?

Dry eyes: Sounds weird, but bad dry eyes can cause chronic tearing. Use artificial tears when you are on the computer for a while or doing whatever activity worsens the symptoms. Do it before it gets so bad that you are tearing up. If it helps prevent the bad flare ups, you'll have an answer. See your eye md if it doesn't help.
