Tonsil spot: It could be an infection and what you are seeing is pus. It could be a tonsil stone, which is a white material stuck down in the tonsil crypts. An infection obviously requires treatment with antibiotics. Tonsil stones can be treated with gargling or even tonsillectomy if gargling is not effective.
