Allergies: First of all are you sure that the eyes are itching. Babies rub there eyes and noses as routine and fall sleep. But if you are sure it is itching then you must see an allergist specialist to rule out allergy to dairy products and else. At age 3 months seasonal allergies are very rare or nonexistent.
