27 y female my feet at various times suddenly get really hot where they feel like their burning and I have to put them in ice water?
I had a water burn on my feet and without thinking I applied ice to it for 5 mins to cool them down. Im worried Ive done more damage. My feet look fine just feel cold, how long before I know if I damaged them?
Can anxiety make your feet stay ice cold ? Whatv can I do to keep them warm. Socks make them sweat and stay cold. Only warm water help.
