A neg test has: Nothing to do with whether u can get pregnant or not, if you have been trying for 12 months then u need to see your OB for a work-up, or at your age i would start to do a workup if you had been trying 6 months, as easy thing to do is get an ovulation kit to make sure you are ovulating.
