Blue Spot: Could be just a blood vessel. Does it blanch when pressed? Is it raised or flat? Is it new or has it been there a while? Please see your dentist or ENT to diagnose.

Blood vessel?: Probably a blood vessel. However, there is some other pathology that that may need attention. You must see a dentist to have it looked at and rule out other possibilities.
