Scratch: Could be scratch marks from your nails (maybe you are scratching at night), a bugbite, or from a pet. If blood is showing, clean the area with soap and water, and apply a topical antibiotic.

Eyelid inflammation: There are various causes for red scratches under your eyes. They may be merely be caused by you scratching the skin of your eyelids. It may also be due to dermatitis (from infection, eczema, allergy). Often the scratches will resolve on their own, but you can help them by applying vaseline to the area. If they persist, see your eye doctor.
