Why does my left lung hurt every time i breathe?

It's not your lung: Pain with inspiration, or pleurisy, can be from inflammation of the lining of the lung, not the lung itself, which does not have pain fibers. Other causes can be musculoskeletal, i.e. Outside the chest cavity.
