Best to get evaluatd: There are several diagnostic possibiliities. High on the list is muscle spasm and costochrondritis as relates to the back pain with breathing. However, it is concerning that you note symptoms if you move. Most people can not perceive water on the lungs unless they have Congestive heart failure for which you are young. Thus you should see your doctor right away for a complete medical evaluation.

Pleurisy: It is likely to be pleurisy which is related to the membrane covering the lung. See a doctor.
