Not enough information but you should start with a visit to your doctor. Fever? Night sweats? Previous infection? Short of breath? Description brings to mind pleurisy but impossible to say without more information, history, and exam

When I cough I get stabbing pains in the skin on my chest, with aching in the bones in my arms and in my armpits. Don't smoke, not currently unwell.
