Indication: It is not normal and can be an indication of gum disease or in rare cases a systemic condition. I would suggest having a dentist diagnose your problem and offer some possible solutions.

Yes, gum disease: Healthy gums should not bleed when you brush or floss your teeth. Bleeding is a sign of disease and infection and this should be treated by a dentist who will start with an exam and teeth cleaning or scaling. Untreated gum or periodontal disease is the reason that many adults loose their teeth. You are too young to loose your teeth. Get to a dentist.
