Less dense breasts: There are different levels of density, or thickness, of breast tissue. Scattered fibroglandular densities means that your breasts are not dense. It will be easier to see any abnormalities on your images.

Normal: This is standard American College of Radiology terminology for Category 2 breast density. It is a normal pattern. It is not considered to be 'dense' breasts.
