The veins in my left shoulder are hard what does it mean?

See vein specialist: Veins should be soft and not hard. A hard feeling vein suggests that it may be clotted. If it is hard, tender and warm then i would be very concerned about this vein having phlebitis (inflammation of the vein). See a vein specialist.
