See below: Ultrasound doppler is the classic test to diagnose dvt. If this gets worse would repeat an ultrasound or see a vascular specialist.

TOS/DVT: An ultrasound of the upper extremity is not as accurate as one done of the lower extremity. If in doubt as to the diagnosis, then a CTA with the venous phase would be more accurate in diagnosing upper extremity compression symptoms.
