How to get a baby molar out that is not loose?!

Not DIY: Why isn't it loose? By all means see your dentist about this. You can't remove a baby tooth if the roots are still intact...Takes a dentist to do that. But you have a developmental problem that you can't solve by yourself. Please see your dentist for advice.

See a dentist: Some deciduous molar roots actually wrap around the crown of a permanent premolar. You may pull out two teeth instead of one! let your dentist or pediatric dentist do the examination first. Baby molars are actually space-maintainers. This is an important reason of keeping baby teeth healthy.
