No: "growing pains" is a misnomer since it is not caused by growing--it is a benign non-inflammatory, non-injury-related musculoskeletal pain that affects children. You can get non-inflammatory musculoskeletal pain as an adult but it's never referred to as growing pains. Joint hypermobility syndrome is a major cause of benign joint pain in kids and is likely present in adults also. See your doctor.
